I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their support during our London Marathon. We had an amazing day and the crowd were unbelievable supporting every step we took. It's so inspiring to receive messages and donations from the public who listened to Joe's story. Thanks you all so very much.
lots of love

Like David I just saw you on the telly...seen many things in the marathon over the years but stopping for lunch and a glass of white? Priceless, I loved it.
Then read Joe's story...so moving...and what a beautiful little lad he was!
To respond in the way you have to such devastating adversity is inspiring....I raise my glass to you (though I have no Chardonnay sadly).

I saw you all at the london marathon via the BBC. You are a lovely family and I wish you all the best in your work and lives.

hi andy have just read about your remarkable son joesph,my daughter is going through the same thing kirsten was diagnoised with ependymoma when she was eighteen months old its on her cerabellum and wrapped round her brain stem. she too has went through year and a half of chemo then it started growing again in june 2009 so they done radiotherapy in aug 2009. in her scan in dec 2009 it hadnt grown any and we could sort of take a sigh of releif. i forgot to say she had surgery also in nov 2007 but they only got some out.she went for regular scan on thurs 20th may 2010 and we got the most devastating news that she had a slight bleed and it is growing again, the surgens wont operate again as they say it would not benifit her as they probly could only get 50 to 60% out. as like your preicious son kirsten is still active and walking and talking, i have noticed some changes in her like her breathing and her speach also.we are looking into great ormand street to see if they can operate on my little girl as we will try anything for her. do yu think its worth while trying america out and if you do can you send me imformation on how to get the ball rolling.i really hope you get this message as we are all at our wits end thanking you lisa brown.

Hi there Judy Andy and Nancy, Ellie Mitchell's daughter Louise, well what can i say, what a fantastic night a fantastic evening with an amazing amount raised in Joseph's name. I didn't know him but mum did and she has told me so many memories of your times with joseph, he is a beautiful boy and it makes you think of all children including your own. I will do my best to try and promote the charity here in n.ireland. we have a rib raid every year from Donaghadee to Portpatrick, Scotland in aid of the make a wish foundation, i will make the joseph foote charity known and see what the group can do.
Thank you for an amazing evening. Take care all Louise mackey xxx
