We Did It! London Marathon 2010
Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 3:27PM We managed to get on the BBC National News and the BBC Marathon Coverage for dressing as City Gents, complete with bowler hats, brief cases and umbrellas!
My friend & I stopped on Tower Bridge after 13miles and set up a table for 2 with table cloth, wine glasses etc and ate lunch in front of Sue Barker and the BBC cameras.

We limped home in 7 hrs and 4 minutes, not bad considering we’d had a Caesar Salad and 2 glasses of chardonnay!
I’m really trying hard to reach the magic £10k mark for the Joseph Foote Children’s Cancer Research Programme at Nottingham University.
